Independent Director & Production Designer
I am an independent German Director and Production Designer with a strong passion for visual storytelling. Bringing sensitivity and empathy into every project, I want to reveal the emotional layers of the human mind, our behaviour and relationships. I am drawn to raw and honest narratives that explore the complexity of psychology. Through a thoughtful visual approach, I aim to create intimate and artistic character studies to educate, to make us question and to make understanding our world a little easier.
How I started
Education and milestones
Vancouver Film School
Diploma with Honours and Academic Achievement in Film Production, specialising in production design and directing.
Short Film Credits
Multiple credits in the art department: Production Designer, Costume Designer, Art Director, Props Master, Graphic Designer.
Multiple credits as Producer, Co-Producer and Assistant Director.
Multiple credits in the camera department: Director of Photography, Videographer, Camera Operator, Grip & Electric, Assistant Camera.
Debut Film Glass Child
Wrote and directed my first own short film titled Glass Child, leading a crew of 45.
Royal College of Art
Studying Art and Design (GradDip), specialising in communication.
